We are a unique and relaxing holiday destination where you will reconnect with all the senses of nature.
I Papà Trulli is a complex of four Trulli over 8 hectares of fabulous nature with an active, integrated and certified organic farm. Here we grow olives, Mediterranean fruits, nuts, berries, wheat, honey.
Within this complex you can visit “The Trullino” where you can taste and purchase the original Apulian Organic Oil produced with olives from our olive grove, organic jams made with our blackberries, Orecchiette and Taralli produced with our Senatore Cappelli wheat and much more.
We are located in the heart of the beautiful Valle d’Itria. The center of the famous Pugliese trulli, the countryside is wonderful and harmonious, made up of hills held back by dry stone walls, centuries-old trees of the most beautiful native varieties such as olive trees, almond trees, walnut trees, pear trees and fig trees.
Music of Nature sung from the wind, from birds and insects.

CONNECTING WITH NATURE
Our four accommodations:
I TRULLI DELLA NATURABIO
It is our first Trullo, close to the main house and overlooking the swimming pool; it can accommodate up to five people with two double bedrooms, a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
I PAPATRULLI:
It is a beautiful complex of Trulli and Lamie located on the hill of a typical Apulian countryside; lived until forty years ago by a family of farmers who had used part of it as a home, part as a stable for the donkey, goats and chickens, and another part for making wine and storing food.
In 2023 we began the renovation work. The rule was to respect the original characteristics and give it back the light and beauty it deserved. Inside, nothing has been left to chance to ensure the comfort of the most demanding guest.
The works were completed in June 2024 and in July we began to warmly welcome the first guests from all over the world!
The surrounding countryside is wonderful: centuries-old olive trees, walnuts, almond trees, fig trees and expanses of ancient wheat. Tranquility and beauty are assured.
The complex is divided into three apartments which we have called as follows:
IL ROMANTICO
It is the studio apartment designed for a couple. A king size double bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. Outside there is a farmyard shared with the larger trullo to enjoy outdoor breakfasts and dinners.
CASAMIA
It is designed for families with young children. Its three Trulli house a bedroom with a king size double bed and a sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a huge bathroom with shower. It has a private courtyard with table, deckchairs and umbrella.
LA SIGNORA
It is the largest apartment with trulli and lamie. It is our Suite that can accommodate up to six people. Two double bedrooms and a queen-size sofa bed. It has a spacious kitchen, a unique bathroom with fireplace and shower overlooking the garden. This trullo shares the large farmyard with Il Romantico. It also has an outside table for eating in the shade of a wonderful olive tree.
All guests of the Romantico, Casamia and La Signora can enjoy the roof terrace where we have placed a table and chairs for aperitifs or breakfasts enjoying the breeze one meter from our authentic trulli. Two deckchairs will offer a view of the wonderful sunsets or clearly visible starry stars.
IL SOVRANO
The name refers to the famous Trullo Sovrano of Alberobello; is the offer of the entire MiniResort which includes I PapaTrulli with its three accommodations and I Trulli della NaturaBio. We can thus accommodate up to 16 guests for the exclusive use of our area and swimming pool for birthdays, business meetings, other events or simply to stay with your large group alone. Availability is only on request.
The large swimming pool (14 m x 7 m) is salt water and therefore does not use chemicals for purification. It is for the exclusive use of our guests and has sun loungers, tables with chairs, hammocks, shower and bathroom.
The MiniResort has two free internal car parks, one near I Trulli della NaturaBio and the other near I PapaTrulli.

MEET THE OWNER
Hi everyone!
I am Daniele, my mother is Piedmontese and my father is Apulian. I have always lived in Puglia, even though I spent my wonderful university years in Tuscany, in Siena.
After having worked as a sailboat skipper, accountant and cinema manager, I decided to move to this oasis of peace where I started my organic farm. Little by little I also gained experience in the hospitality sector and this is why, having the structure, I added the hosting to the farming. The two activities go together very well!
Today the number of accommodations has increased thanks to the birth of the PapaTrulli, a 200hundred years old trulli just renovated according to most tradition-respecting techniques. The activity has increased significantly.
The result is meeting new people, listening to many different stories and the possibility of sharing this paradise; the stay at the PapaTrulli MiniResort is a return to Nature, to a more human rhythm and to healthy eating. Relaxing and living with resources that come directly from Nature, without alterations or sophistication.
At the end of each stay I feel like I have new friends and I receive gratitude. What better result?

"THE TRULLINO"
Our agricultural company deals with the organic cultivation and transformation of small fruits (commonly called 'berries'); cherries; almonds and walnuts; oil olives, Quince.
In the cultivation system we have also introduced varieties of plants that are not identified with the more common berries; in fact, we also grow the Goji berry, the Pomegranate, the dwarf Kiwi, the Jujube, the Germanic Medlar, the Asimina Triloba (or mountain banana), the Rowan, the Passion fruit, etc.
What all these varieties certainly have in common are the countless beneficial nutritional properties, so much so that we decided to dedicate the area solely to the 'Cultivation of Healthy Fruits'.
For the best cultivation of our plants we have supported some families of bees; these, in addition to helping the pollination of flowers, give us delicious honey!
